LAB:SYNC is a research lab funded by the National Endowment for the Arts, under the direction of Dr. Aston McCullough. For the duration of this scientific study, focusing on the analysis of dance behavior in relation to health outcomes across the lifespan, I worked with collaborators Aston McCullough (UMass Assistant Professor of Dance), Jenna Riegel (Amherst College Assistant Professor of Dance), and Chris Aiken (Smith College Associate Professor of Dance) to bring the research findings into creative expression. The process culminated in February 2023 at the Totman Performance Lab in Amherst, MA. The video below features excerpts of my contributions to the live performance.
